VENUE, EVENT CENTRE:Event centre will be situated in Šaukėnai town. Event camping will be situated by the Šaukėnai lake. Šaukėnai town is 35 km from Šiauliai city. Šiauliai city is easy accessible by public transport.Bus tickets available at www.autobusubilietai.lt 
TERRAIN AND MAPS:TAKAS 2017 will take place in typical Lithuanian spruce tree forest with undergrowth. Dominate middle landforms. Middle density of paths and rides. All maps are made in 2016-2017 using new orthofoto and Lidar materials.

*After 15 June, late entries will be possible only for vacant places. SportIdent electronic punching system will be used. Only H/D8 class will use mechanical punch. SI card rental fee - 0,5 /day for H/D10-20 classes, and 1 /day for remaining classes 20% discount for families with 3 and more persons (necessary to note it in entries). 20% discount will valid if 3 or more persons from one family take part in all competition days. Family is person with his/her parents and children. At least one family member should run in H/D8-18 classes. School age participants must pay H/D10-20 start fee, regardless of which course they participate in. The changing of the class is considered as new registration. Registration cancellation: till 18 June 2017 - 100% refund, from 19 June 2016 - 50% refund. PAYMENT:Start fee must be payed via bank transfer. ACCOMMODATION:Accommodation at Event camping with own tents and campers - 2 Eur/person/day. Only basic facilities. PRIZES:Groups winners of each competition day will be awarded by special competitions souvenirs. According to results of all 4 days, the winners will be awarded by medals, competitions souvenirs and sponsors prizes. In groups there are 3 or less participants, only winner will be awarded.Money prizes for DH21E groups. H10-14,D10-14 groups participants who were registered in advance and participate in all 4 courses will be awarded only on the last day. All H/D8 groups participants who were registered in advance and participate in all 4 courses will be awarded by special medals. |
