TERRAIN AND MAPS:

1st competition terrain – Sėlė forest, 2nd. – Stripeikiai forest.
Two types of landforms – up to 40 m slopes with various gullies and middle landforms: various depressions, hills, re-entrants, spurs, small marshes.
Sėlė forest’s runnability poor and middle because of undergrowth vegetation, some parts with nettles. Only some forest tracks and paths.
Stripeikiai forest’s runnability good and middle. Middle density of roads, rides and tracks.

1st map scale for all competitors - 1:7500, contours - 2,5 m.
2nd map scale 1:10 000, for D/H65 and older groups – 1:7500, contours - 5 m.

3rd and 4th days terrain - Minčia forest.
Scales: 1:15000, 1:10000 and 1:7500, contour interval - 2,5 m.

All maps are made in 2017-2018 using new orthofoto and Lidar materials. Map makers - Saulius Kireilis and Audrius Smilgius.

*After 15 June, late entries will be possible only for vacant places.

SportIdent electronic punching system will be used. Only H/D8 class will use mechanical punch. SI card rental fee - 0,5 €/day for H/D10-20 classes, and 1 €/day for remaining classes
20% discount for families with 3 and more persons (necessary to note it in entries). 20% discount will valid if 3 or more persons from one family take part in all competition days. Family is person with his/her parents and children. At least 2 family members should run in H/D8-18 classes.
School age participants must pay H/D10-20 start fee, regardless of which course they participate in.
The changing of the class is considered as new registration.
Registration cancellation: till 18 June - 100% refund, from 19 June - 50% refund.

PAYMENT:

Start fee must be payed via bank transfer. Other fees can be payed at Event centre.

If less than 5 participants are registered in the age group, the groups will be merged at the discretion of the organizers.
Open courses (OPEN) - the course without advance registration and without start list. Participants start from S1 at a time suitable for them. Start fee 5 €/per day.

ACCOMMODATION:

Event camping "Minčiagirė" homestead. Accommodation with own tents and campers. Only basic facilities: WC, water, electricity. No advance reservation required. Prices: 4 €/per person/ per day. Children up to 7 years old - free of charge.

CAR PASS:

Car pass – 5 € (allows to enter the competition centre (camping) and each day’s event centres).

PRIZES:

Groups winners of each competition day will be awarded by special competition’s souvenirs.
According to results of all 4 days, the winners will be awarded by medals, competition’s souvenirs and sponsors prizes. Participants who have not make the chase start, do not fight for the awards in the overall results. In groups there are 3 or less participants, only winner will be awarded.
Money prizes for DH21E and MB-DHE groups.
H10-14,D10-14 groups participants who were registered in advance and participate in all 4 courses will be awarded only on the last day.
All H/D8 groups participants who were registered in advance and participate in all 4 courses will be awarded by special medals.

KINDERGARTEN:

Care of the participants’ children – kindergarten at each day’s event centres.
