Entry fee must be paid by bank transfer to the organizer account by 17 July 2020. Payments after 17 July involve a + 50% surcharge on the basic entry fee. Entries after 17 July accepted only by e-mail registracija@oktakas.lt (only for vacant places) and involve a + 50% surcharge on the basic entry fee. Cancellation of registration and refund of entry fee is only possible until July 17th. If the registration is canceled after July 17th the entry fee will not be refunded. Family discount. There is a 20% discount for three or more persons in the family, if at least two of them start in groups H/D8-18. The discount applies to children under 18 and their parents. All family members must participate in all 3 competition days. SI card number change fee - 2 Eur. The changing of the class is considered as new registration. SI card rental fee - 0,5 /day for H/D10-20 classes, and 1 /day for remaining classes. SIAC card rental fee - 2 /day ( 1 /day for MTB-O classes). MTB-O classes must use SIAC cards. For those participants, who do not provide a SPORTident card number untill July 17th, the rental SI card will be automatically assigned. SI card number change fee - 2 Eur. SIAC cards must be ordered during registration. In case a SI card is lost or damaged, the competitors are obliged to cover the expenses.OPEN COURSES:The course without advance registration and without start list. It will be 3 length courses. Participants start from S1 at a time suitable for them. Start fee 6 /per day. Tickets for OPEN tracks must be purchased at competition secretariat.START PROCEDURE:On the first and second days of the competition, start protocols are drawn by lot, start interval - 2 min. On the third day of the competition the start protocols are made according to the sum of the first two days. Leaders start first. Start interval - 2 min. MTB-O classes start protocols are made according to Lithuanian and Baltic MTB-O championships regulations.CLASSES, PRELIMINARY COURSES:
*H8,D8 - taped courses with special map at the finish area. Children can run with their parents. Start time is not set. *H10,D10 - taped courses (controls on the line). Children run the course on their own, without the help of their parents. *H10-14,D10-14 - courses for beginner children running with parents. Start time is not set. *H21N,D21N - courses for adult beginner. *MB - mountain bike orienteering courses. MTB-O courses parameters are provided in accordance to the shortest way to overcome. TERRAIN AND MAPS:
ACCOMMODATION:Event camping "Dvarčėnų dvaras" homestead. Accommodation with own tents and campers. Only basic facilities: WC, water, electricity. No advance reservation required. Price - 15 Eur/day per tent.PRIZES:Groups winners of each competition day will be awarded by special competitions souvenirs.According to results of all 3 days, the winners will be awarded by medals, competitions souvenirs and sponsors prizes. In groups there are 3 or less participants, only winner will be awarded. Money prizes for DH21E and MB-DH21 groups. SERVICES:Kindergarten at each days event centresCafeteria services at the finish arenas and the competition centre HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA:By registering for the competition, you agree that your name, team name and results will be published on website www.dbsportas.lt.
