The entry fee is for all 4 competition days. There is an additional charge of 1€/day for registration not for all competition days (except for the M/W8 classes).

Entry fee must be paid by bank transfer to the organizer account by 13 June 2022. Payments after 13 June 2022 involve a + 50% surcharge on the basic entry fee.

Entries after 12 June 2022 accepted only by e-mail registracija@oktakas.lt (only for vacant places) and involve a + 50% surcharge on the basic entry fee.

Cancellation of registration and refund of entry fee is only possible until 12 June 2022. If the registration is canceled after June 12th the entry fee will not be refunded.

Family discount. There is a 20% discount for three or more persons in the family, if at least two of them start in groups M/W8-18. The discount applies to children under 18 and their parents. All family members must participate in all 4 competition days.

The changing of the class is considered as new registration.

OPEN COURSES

The course without advance registration and without start list. It will be 3 length foot-o courses and 1 mtb-o course. Participants start from S1 at a time suitable for them. Start fee 6 €/per day. Tickets for OPEN tracks must be purchased at competition secretariat. It will be possible to borrow a map table for mtb-o riders.

TERRAIN AND MAPS

CAR PARKING

Car parking at 2-3 days event centre is paid - 2 Eur/car. On the other days parking is free, please follow the schemes in competition info bulletin.

ELECTRONIC PUNCHING SYSTEM

SPOTident electronic punching system will be used. SI card rental fee - 1 €/day. In case a SI card is lost or damaged, the competitors are obliged to cover the expenses.

For those participants, who do not provide a SPORTident card number untill June 12th, the rental SI card will be automatically assigned. SI card number change fee - 4 Eur.

NUMBER BIBS

Participants must start with official number bib. Printing of new number bib - 1 Eur. Number bibs will be hanged up at the start. Savety pins are not provided, participants must have their own!

PRIZES

Groups winners of each competition day will be awarded by special competition’s souvenirs. According to results of all 4 days, the winners will be awarded by medals, competition’s souvenirs and sponsors prizes. In groups there are 3 or less participants starting all three days, only winner will be awarded.

ACCOMMODATION

The competition camping will be located in the stadium of Merkinė Basic School. Coordinates: 54.166717, 24.202133
The price for tent place 5 Eur/day (small tent up to 4 places) and 10 Eur/day (big tent 5 and more places). The campsite will open on 06.23 from 18:00. Please do not arrive earlier! The campsite will have water and biotoilets. Next to the campsite is Merkinė town beach. Residents of the campsite will be able to park their cars on the roudside of Vilnius street.

Participants arriving with campers can stay in the campers' camping of Dzūkija National Park at the Mergelės Akelių Lake (1,5 km from Merkinė Basic School Stadium in the direction of Vilnius). The campsite is equipped with all amenities - separate camper sites, water, electricity, fenced area. There are only 8 places in the campsite. For prices and booking please contact info@oktakas.lt

The competition will be held under regulations of the Republic of Lithuania on the COVID-19 pandemic.

By registering for the competition, you agree that your name, team name and results will be published on website www.dbsportas.lt. The year of birth are not showed on the website, they are collected only for statistical and control purposes (to make people match their age groups).

By registering for the competition, each participant agrees, that the organizers of the event may freely use the images and footage of the event for marketing purposes, such as social networks, web sites, etc.
