ATTENTION!

According to the decision of the International Orienteering Federation (IOF), the European Youth Orienteering Championship EYOC'21 will be held without spectators. TAKAS'21 competitions will take place. In order to separate the flows of participants, TAKAS'21 competition will start in a longer period of time from the European Championship. The competition areas remain the same.

Entry fee must be paid by bank transfer to the organizer account by 8 August 2021. Payments after 8 August 2021 involve a + 50% surcharge on the basic entry fee.

Entries after 8 August 2021 accepted only by e-mail registracija@oktakas.lt (only for vacant places) and involve a + 50% surcharge on the basic entry fee.

Cancellation of registration and refund of entry fee is only possible until 8 August 2021. If the registration is canceled after August 8th the entry fee will not be refunded.

Family discount. There is a 20% discount for three or more persons in the family, if at least two of them start in groups H/D8-18. The discount applies to children under 18 and their parents. All family members must participate in all 3 competition days.

The changing of the class is considered as new registration.

OPEN COURSES

The course without advance registration and without start list. It will be 3 length courses. Participants start from S1 at a time suitable for them. Start fee 6 €/per day. Tickets for OPEN tracks must be purchased at competition secretariat.

CAR PARKING

Car parking at event centre in Šilėnai - 2 Eur.
Car parking in Vilnius old town near competition centre is free of charge on Sundays. Car parking at Blue zone is charged 24/7. Car parking zones map you can find here.

ELECTRONIC PUNCHING SYSTEM

SPOTident electronic punching system will be used. SI card rental fee - 1 €/day. In case a SI card is lost or damaged, the competitors are obliged to cover the expenses.

For those participants, who do not provide a SPORTident card number untill August 8th, the rental SI card will be automatically assigned. SI card number change fee - 3 Eur.

PRIZES

According to results of all 3 days, the winners will be awarded by medals, competition’s souvenirs and sponsors prizes. In groups there are 3 or less participants starting all three days, only winner will be awarded. Money prizes for V/M21E groups.

COVID-19

The competition will be held only if the regulations of the Republic of Lithuania on the COVID-19 pandemic allow it. The number of participants in the competition may be limited if required by current government regulations regarding the COVID-19 pandemic.

HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA

By registering for the competition, you agree that your name, team name and results will be published on website www.dbsportas.lt. The year of birth are not showed on the website, they are collected only for statistical and control purposes (to make people match their age groups).

By registering for the competition, each participant agrees, that the organizers of the event may freely use the images and footage of the event for marketing purposes, such as social networks, web sites, etc.
